Terms and Conditions for Using the Website and E-Store n8-molecule.com

1. General Terms n8-molecule.com is owned and operated by “Locals” LTD. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between The Locals and users (You) regarding the services offered by n8-molecule.com. By browsing the pages, clicking on links on n8-molecule.com, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.

“Locals” LTD is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, with headquarters and management address: Sofia, Nikolay Haitov No 3A, Office 1-5 UIC: 204901147; VAT number: BG204901147.

2. Privacy Policy “Locals” LTD processes and takes measures to protect users’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that “Locals” LTD has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the website’s services. To serve you and fulfill your orders, the following data is required:

• First and last name;
• Email;
• Contact phone number;
• Billing and shipping address;
• Postal code.

You can later modify this data from your personal profile. The data obtained during ordering, registration, or browsing will only be used for service purposes—order processing, newsletter subscription, contacting you in case of issues with your order, and improving our service. We guarantee that this data will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to the newsletter can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of each email. Your user profile, along with the associated data, can be deleted from the system of “Locals” LTD upon request.

3. Orders Every product or service order through the “Locals” LTD system entails an obligation for payment via your chosen payment method. Orders are accepted 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. During the order process, you can view the products you are purchasing, their prices, your name, email, phone number, address, postal code, delivery method, and payment method. Upon completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be notified via email of any status changes regarding your order (confirmation, processing, dispatch, etc.). Placing an order through the e-store constitutes an agreement for a remote sales contract, regulated by the Consumer Protection Act. To prevent errors, we do not accept orders by phone.

4. Prices All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT. Product prices are displayed without the delivery fee, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

5. Order Fulfillment Issues Although we strive for accuracy in fulfilling all orders, issues may arise due to:

1. Product unavailability—though we update stock levels regularly, an item may become unavailable. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or email.
2. Unsuccessful payment—if you choose “Card Payment” but the transaction is not completed or is delayed.
3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details—such as name, address, phone number, or postal code.

If there is a discrepancy between the ordered and received products or an error on our part, we will cover the costs of returning and replacing the incorrect items. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., the recipient is unavailable at the given address or does not answer calls), the order will be returned to us until we can reach you.

6. Payment Orders can be paid using one of the following methods:

1. Cash on Delivery: Payment is made to the courier upon receiving the order.
2. Credit/Debit Card: Payment is made during the ordering process.

7. Delivery and Receipt of Products

1. By confirming an order, you agree to pay the product price and the stated shipping cost.
2. Home Delivery: Chosen during checkout after entering an accurate address, name, postal code, and additional instructions.

8. Order Cancellation and Returns You may return purchased products within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original packaging;
• No signs of use, damage, or contamination;
• The original invoice or order receipt must be included;
• Return shipping costs are covered by you.

You may exchange products or request a refund if you do not wish to exchange. We will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs. All amounts paid via cash or in person are refunded via bank transfer within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.

Content and Copyright This website contains copyrighted materials, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, and software, which are owned or licensed by “Locals” LTD and are protected under Bulgarian and applicable international intellectual property laws. Reproduction of any website content or element protected by intellectual property rights is allowed only with written permission from “Locals” LTD. Use of the services or website does not grant users any rights over the intellectual property in whole or in part.
